All Records:If you'd like to see all records available, leave all of the drop-down menus set to "All".
Document Title:If you are looking for one particular document and you already know the name of it, you can choose it from the "Document Title" drop-down menu. Leave all other drop-down menus set to "All"
Grade Level:If you'd like just the documents for a certain grade level, you can choose it from the "Grade Level" drop-down menu. Keep in mind that some documents may apply to more than one grade level. There may be several different combinations of grade levels (i.e. 7th, 7th-8th, 7th-12th, etc.)
Therefore, you may have to perform more than one search to get ALL of the documents for a certain grade level. Leave all other drop-down menus set to "All"
Subject Area:If you'd like just the documents for a certain subject area (i.e. Music, Math, Science, etc.) you can choose it from the "Subject Area" drop-down menu. Leave all other drop-down menus set to "All"
Sub-Subject Area:If you'd like to further refine your search to a particular area within a subject (i.e. Algebra 1, Biology, Sports Medicine, etc.) you can choose it from the "Sub-Subject Area" drop-down menu. Leave all other drop-down menus set to "All"
Document Type:If you'd like only a certain type of document (i.e. Health Cards, Vocabulary Lists, Writing Prompts, etc.) you can choose it from the "Document Type" drop-down menu. Leave all other drop-down menus set to "All"
Contact Person:If you'd like to see all the documents assigned to a particular contact person, you can choose that person from the "Contact Person" drop-down menu. Leave all other drop-down menus set to "All"
Combinations:You can further refine your search by choosing a combination of drop-down menu options.
Example 1: Choose "Grade Level - 4th" and "Subject Area - Math" to get 4th Grade Math Curriculum
Example 2: Choose "Grade Level - 9th-12th" and "Sub-Subject Area - Chemistry" to get HS Chemistry Curriculum
