The end of the first marking period came very quickly! Students had the opportunity to make adjustments to their daily schedules and we added time on Mondays for a social game. Students are getting settled in and enjoying the "daily dance party" we have for announcements! :)
Ending October & November Events: Friday, October 30 - Dress is as much RED as possible for Red Ribbon Week. Wednesday, November 4 - Early Dismissal at 11:15 Wednesday, November 11 - Veteran's Day/No School Wednesday-Friday, November 25-27 - Thanks giving Holiday/No School

Welcome to Living Skills!
Students in the Living Skills program recieve highly individualized attention in a structured setting. Students work towards independency in social, domestic, and academic areas. Appropriate communication within peer groups and adults is another major focus.
Living Skills Program Mission Statement
The mission of the students in the Living Skills Program is to: 1. Follow BLUE o Be where you are supposed to be, doing what you are supposed to be doing, o Let us respect ourselves, each other, and our school, o Use school materials and property appropriately and safely, o Engage in behaviors which support learning for all; 2. Maintain positive attitudes while reaching towards success in IEP goals so that students will work toward independency in all areas of life.
