GRADING If your child does not turn in an assignment, he/she will receive a 50%. I do not give 0's. I will not give a grade lower than a 50%.
If your child has turned something in or fails a test, the lowest grade he/she will receive will be a 51%.
I want my students to be as successful as possible. My students will be able to recover from a 50%, but it's almost impossible to recover from a 0. If you have any questions, please email or call.
I will no longer accept late work. We are getting closer to being in high school. At the high school teachers accept no late work and it's time for my students to take this seriously! If a student is absent, then he/she will be able to turn in his/her work.
