Physicals must be dated after April 1st, for the upcoming school year. Students need to comply with all LAPS and New Mexico Activities Association policies. Please review the the Extracurricular Activities Code above, print the necessary forms, and return completed documents by the beginning of your season. All of the necessary physical forms are included in the Extracurricular Activities Code. Return completed physical forms to the LAMS nurse. Travel & Grades Teams will play an interscholastic schedule with frequent travel during the season. Please be aware that students must be able to keep up in classes even during heavy practices and tightly scheduled games.
