Here
are this year’s Holiday Greenery Order forms!
Note
that on the order form you can order both greenery to pick up at LAMS during
the first week in December, and you can order a 26” gift-boxed wreath to be
delivered directly to friends and family that live out of town. If you order a direct-delivery wreath, please
fill out an address order form.
Orders
should be delivered back to the LAMS office, and are due by Oct. 30. Please include a check (made out to LAMS PTO)
with your order form. Checks only, please! Greenery will be available for pick up the
first week in December at LAMS. You will be
contacted with an exact time once the greenery arrives.
