2/17/10 & 2/18/10 - Pre-registration appointments with advisors. Regular classes are not held at LAHS.

| February 1st: LAHS 8th Grade Orientation Night, 6:30-8:00PM, begins with General meeting in Smith Auditorium. Before registration, incoming freshmen and parents will have an opportunity to learn more about programs offered at LAHS and ask questions.
- February 10th-18th: On the 10th, current 8th -11th graders can begin making course requests through PowerSchool. IMPORTANT:
Course assignment IS NOT based on a first-come first-served basis.
Selecting courses early will not guarantee placement, nor do course
requests reflect a student's final schedule.
- February 10th: Q&A Session for current 8th grade students & parents, 7:00PM, LAHS Speech Theater
- February 11th: Q&A Session for current 8th grade students & parents, 12:30PM, LAHS Speech Theater.
- February 17th-18th: Pre-registration appointments. Most 8th grader appointments will be held on the 17th, while some may be scheduled for a later date. Regular classes are not held on the 17th & 18th. Students meet with their LAHS advisors and parents to review their four year plans and to complete the registration process. Come prepared with a copy of your initial course requests from PowerSchool.

| PowerSchool Passwords
|
On-line course selection is done through Powerschool. Be sure you know your username and password. Pre-registration will open on February 10th. If you don't have one, visit About Powerschool.
