To ensure timely and accurate resolution, employees are requested to address all timesheet-related(TCP) inquiries with their direct supervisor or manager as the first point of contact before reaching out to the Payroll Department.

For accurate leave balances, please refer to your pay stubs available in the Employee Management Portal.

To set up or change direct deposit, employees must submit the following documents directly to the Payroll Department at the District Office:

  • A bank-issued document that includes all relevant account details and the employee’s name
  • A completed Direct Deposit Authorization Form, signed and dated

All W-4 form updates must be submitted directly to the Payroll Department.

All Address changes are submitted to the human resources department.

Important Documents

The Form 1095-C will not be automatically issued to employees in accordance with the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (HR 3797). Under this legislation, employers are no longer required to provide Form 1095-C unless an employee requests it.

Employees may request a copy of their 2025 Form 1095-C. Upon request, LAPS has 30 days to provide the form.
